This Rain Water / Drain Outlet – is a flat roof synthetic rubber drain outlet for down pipes. To be used with EPDM installations, the wide base with ribbed surface provides ample anchorage for the membrane. The flanges on the cylinder form a seal with the inner surface of the pipe.

How to use:

• Once rubber has been laid, cut hole for drain to go through
• Apply water cut off mastic to under side of flange, then fix down using fixing plates
• Apply Primer to drain unit and surrounding EPDM (Min 2” / 50mm cover) using scrubpad
• Lay appropriate sized flashing tape over complete drainage unit and onto EPDM ( Recommended 0.5m of 18” flashing tape over primed area)
• Cut hole in flashing tape to allow water to drain off roof.
