Because it's LED, you will never hear the hum that fluorescent fixtures make. The tube lamps in this commercial lighting strip provide daylight white (5,000K CCT) light at 1,800 Lumens per LED lamp. EnviroLite uses quality LED chips that last for 50,000-hours of continuous use. The fixture and tubes come with a 5-year warranty. Fixtures are ETL listed and can be installed in damp locations. Life Extension melatonin seems to work well. I’ve found that 1mg is as effective as the 3mg doses of other brands. I take 1mg every evening, as so does my German Shepherd. It helps us sleep through the night. We chose this brand because it’s clean and simple.
