In the order notes, please include:

- Gift message (required to include the proposal card)
If we don't receive personalization details, we will follow the product photo to complete your order. For multiple boxes going to different addresses, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Q. Can I personalize each box with a different name?
A. Yes -- every box label and tumbler is custom-printed with the name you provide. Enter each recipient's name in the order notes.
Q. What is the difference between the Basic and Premium box options?
A. The Basic box includes the personalized gift box, greeting card, glass tumbler, satin bow straw, scrunchie, foam rose, and crunch paper fill. The Premium box adds a lip balm and diamond pen.
Q. Can I send multiple boxes to different addresses?
A. Yes, but each address requires a separate order. Please place one order per shipping address.
Q. How long does processing take?
A. We typically ship within 3-5 business days. During peak wedding season, please allow up to 7 business days.
Q. Can this be used as a maid of honor or matron of honor gift?
A. Absolutely -- just note the title in your order notes and we will customize accordingly.
Q. What if my item arrives damaged?
A. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging and we will make it right.
Q. Do you offer bulk or custom orders for a full bridal party?
A. Yes -- we love creating gifts for entire bridal parties. Please contact us before purchasing for custom quantities or requests.
Q. Will a greeting card be included?
A. Yes, if you include a gift message at checkout, a matching proposal card will be added to the box. If no message is provided, the card will not be included.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Glass tumbler: Hand wash only. Do not put in dishwasher or microwave.
- Do not scrub vinyl name with a sponge. Names are applied with professional premium grade adhesive outdoor vinyl. Gently hand wash, avoiding the vinyl name and graphic, for the longest life.
- Hair accessories and scrunchies: gentle machine wash or hand wash in cool water.
- Foam rose and keepsake items: wipe clean with a soft dry cloth.

All NIMA Gifts orders are custom-made to order and ship from Atlanta, Georgia. Processing time is typically 3-5 business days. During peak wedding season (April through August), please allow up to 7 business days. Standard shipping transit time is 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS.
