Jade Leaf Matcha has become my go-to matcha powder, and I keep coming back to it time and time again. I haven’t decided if I really like Matcha, as I got this, just to find that out. I find that the packaging is interesting, and it is best, probably, to store it in the package it comes in. It has a mild flavor, and I am just making tea with it, as I don’t bake any more. It is a bright green powder with a smooth, mild taste, and in a clever package.
